Emily Morris is an ISSA-certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist based in Boston.

I grew up believing strong wasn't for me. I was small, quiet, and told to shrink. When I found strength training in my early twenties, everything changed — how I ate, how I slept, how I walked into a room.
Now, as a Vietnamese-American woman coaching in a field that too often forgets us, my mission is simple: help women feel powerful in their own bodies without shrinking their lives to get there.
Every client I work with gets a program built from scratch — your history, your goals, your groceries, your schedule. That's the whole promise.
